Free Shipping
Aya Atelier offers free shipping on all orders within Türkiye.
All shipments are sent via DHL Express.
Order Preparation Time
At Aya Atelier, each piece is prepared with great attention to detail.
Orders are typically dispatched within 5–10 business days following payment confirmation. As some designs are handcrafted or made in limited quantities, additional preparation time may occasionally be required.
We believe exceptional pieces are worth waiting for.
Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.
Delivery Time
Deliveries within Türkiye are generally completed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping operations.
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Aya Atelier has no direct control over possible delays, distribution processes, or delivery operations. Therefore, Aya Atelier cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
Packaging
All Aya Atelier products are shipped with special protective packaging to ensure the safety of delicate materials such as pearls and natural seashells.
For hygiene and product safety reasons, protective packaging is used for products in the earrings category.
Address Information
The accuracy of the delivery information entered during checkout is the responsibility of the customer.
Aya Atelier cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect address details.
Damaged Deliveries
If you believe your order has arrived damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
