DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

BUYER INFORMATION
The buyer’s name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and e-mail information consist of the details declared during the order process.
- SUBJECT
The subject of this Agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller’s website.
- PRODUCT AND ORDER INFORMATION
The type, quantity, sales price, payment method, and delivery details of the ordered products are as stated in the order summary.
VAT is included in the stated prices.
- PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
The order is processed after the payment transaction has been completed.
Products are delivered to the shipping carrier within the legal period, depending on stock availability.
Under normal conditions, the delivery period does not exceed 30 days from the order confirmation date.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery without providing any justification.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notice must be given to the Seller within this period.
Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised include:
Custom-made or personalized products
Products unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons
Used, damaged, or non-resalable products
Returned products must be:
Unused
In their original packaging
Sent complete and undamaged
- RETURN AND REFUND
The amount for approved returns will be refunded via the same payment method used by the Buyer within the legal period.
In case of shipping-related damaged deliveries, it is recommended to prepare an official damage report during delivery.
- RESPONSIBILITIES
The Buyer accepts that the information provided on the website is accurate and complete.
The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by technical issues or force majeure events.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only; due to the nature of natural stones, pearls, and handmade craftsmanship, slight variations may occur.
- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Buyer’s personal data is processed within the scope of the applicable Personal Data Protection Law and in accordance with the relevant Privacy Notice.
- RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
In disputes arising from this Agreement, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts located in the Buyer’s place of residence shall have jurisdiction, according to the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
- EFFECTIVENESS
By placing an order through the website, the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
