Can I shower with the jewelry? Can I use it in the sea or pool?
To preserve the longevity of the plating and natural materials, contact with water should be avoided whenever possible.
Removing jewelry during showers, swimming in the sea, or pool use is important to protect the plated surface, pearls, and natural materials.
Are the pearls exactly the same in products made with real pearls?
No.
Real freshwater pearls and mother-of-pearl are natural materials. Therefore, small variations in shape, size, surface texture, and color tone may occur.
These variations are not manufacturing defects, but natural characteristics that make each piece unique.
Are the products exactly the same as shown in the photos?
Product photos are taken under professional lighting conditions. Due to natural materials and screen settings, slight differences in color tone and surface texture may occur compared to the photos.

Can I return or exchange products?
